The Salts are becoming one of the most exciting and energetic folk concepts around,

performing original material alongside interpretations of traditional sea shanties.

The band features five seasoned musicians performing with a mixture of instruments

and great harmonies. Combining their vastly different musical backgrounds, the result
is a unique take on homegrown songs and maritime classics.

In short, 21st century folk fires a respectful broadside at the traditional.
